Tumblr Experiment: Photo Filter
Hey everyone! We have a few big things we’re getting ready for next week, but in the meantime we wanted you to check out this Dashboard filter we’ve been testing.
The controls are similar to Apple’s Quick Look:
- Space bar zooms the current photo.
- Left and right arrow keys jump between photos.
- The L and F keys like the current photo.

Josh Rachford came on as our first intern late last year, and we’re very excited to have him joining Tumblr full-time.
He’s been helping us with everything from organizing hundreds of meetup mailings, to user outreach and business development.
Josh lives somewhere in Brooklyn, and, at night, pursues his true calling as an improv comic in his group, FUTURO.
We have almost the same haircut.

Huge thanks to everyone who made it out to the party this week! It was seriously fun getting to chill with so many Tumblr people in one place :)
The venue confirmed more than 1,200 attendees! Carlon and DJ Machine kept us dancing. This Is Why You’re Fat reminded us why we’re fat. And Gary V. brought the thunder when he showed up with ten cases of wine.
